1. What if my child is not deaf?
While the platform is developed for the deaf kids, we've tested the product with the general students as well . We found that the product is useful for them while being impactful to understand the concepts in an easy way. So your child too can use the learning platform.
2. What is Resonate app and who can use it?
Resonate app is a learning app for the deaf kids. It leverages digital games as learning tools, which not only makes the learning fun but also easy to understand. The early version has mathematics and a student from grade 1 to 4 can use it to learn as well as revise the concepts. The teacher can use it to teach and the parents can use it to take their child's study at home. We will soon be adding more games covering concepts for mathematics including shapes, word problems and later science. The content will be designed to align with the syllabus of the students and reviewed by experts before being published.
3. What does it mean to be early / beta access user?
Before launching the final product in the market, we onboard a few users who can help us to test the product and help us assess our readiness launch it to the market. So as our beta user, you help us in shaping the product with the help of your valuable feedbacks, suggestions and eventually helping us to make our product better to be used by broad audiences/ users.
4. Can I track my child's progress and improvement?
Yes. You can track the child's progress and improvement in real time, in a way and language you understand. Currently our progress tracking dashboard is available in Marathi, Hindi, Gujarati along with English. As the child progress and learn after in the 2 weeks you'll receive a customized link to dashboard where you can track the child's progress. A teacher can also use the dashboard to track the improvement of the child . This allows the teacher to not only assess the areas where the child needs more attention - but also concepts that children typically struggle with across the board.
5. Do I need to pay for the beta program?
No. You don't need to pay for the beta program and there are no hidden fees either. The beta program will last for 2 weeks and is absolutely free. If you need an extension you can reach out to us and we'd be happy to support. Furthermore, as your child completes the beta phase, you'll be eligible for a 50% discount during our product launch. Please note that the final launch will be about 60 days after the beta phase and we'll be in touch with you for the same.
6. What is the purpose of community?
The community for the parents of deaf children is our initiative to build a support structure for parents as well as opportunity for peer learning. You'll be a verified member of the community and can share your experiences with the fellow parents. This could help other fellow parents to learn and understand things and how a problem that you faced can be solved.
7. Can I share the app link with other parents too?
The app is designed to work only with registered beta users. If you know any parent who is also interested to be a part of our Beta program, we would request you to share their details with us or ask them to reach out to us through our website/ email.
